Five years after the Battle of Chicago, humanity has turned against the Autobots, viewing them as dangerous relics. Harold Attinger, a ruthless CIA official, leads a black-ops unit called Cemetery Wind to hunt down and dismantle surviving Transformers, aided by Lockdown, a mercenary bounty hunter from space.
