By day, Monaka works quietly at a local aquarium, finding solace among the marine life. By night, she transforms into a ruthlessly efficient, acrobatic assassin operating in the shadows of the city's neon-lit underworld. Driven by the burning need to avenge the brutal murder of her parents—police officers who uncovered a vast conspiracy involving high-ranking officials and the distribution of Peace—Monaka methodically hunts down those responsible. Her mission is guided and monitored by Oburi, a former detective and trusted associate of her father, who provides her with targets, intel, and tactical support. As the narrative unfolds, Monaka crosses paths with Rinchi, a low-level syndicate enforcer who is struggling with his own morality and looking for a way out of the criminal life. Initially pitted against each other during a chaotic warehouse shootout, Monaka spares Rinchi’s life, sensing a kindred spirit trapped by circumstance. This encounter sparks a complex alliance. Rinchi uses his inside knowledge of the cartel to help Monaka breach heavily fortified syndicate strongholds, while Monaka offers him a chance at redemption. Together, they uncover a terrifying truth: the drug is not just a tool for organized crime, but part of a depraved human trafficking ring orchestrated by the city's corrupt mayor and powerful corporate elites. The tension culminates in a massive, high-stakes confrontation at an abandoned industrial shipyard, which serves as the cartel's primary processing facility. Monaka and Rinchi infiltrate the compound, engaging in brutal, close-quarters combat against waves of heavily armed mercenaries. During the siege, Monaka is cornered by her father’s actual killer, a sadistic syndicate boss named Kanzaki. In a grueling, emotional duel that tests both her physical endurance and psychological resolve, Monaka overcomes her trauma and executes Kanzaki, dismantling the upper echelons of the conspiracy. In the aftermath, with the cartel shattered and the mayor's crimes exposed to the public through data leaks provided by Oburi, Monaka chooses not to embrace a normal life. Instead, she disappears into the rainy Tokyo cityscape, acknowledging that her crusade for justice is far from over.
