Joe is a meticulous, cold-blooded professional assassin residing in Bangkok, operating under a strict set of rules that keep him detached from his targets: never know anything about the people he kills, and never leave any traces behind. Hired by a ruthless Thai crime lord named Surat to eliminate four specific individuals, Joe travels to the chaotic and vibrant underworld of Thailand to execute the contracts.Upon arriving, Joe realizes he needs a local errand boy to handle the logistics of his hits. He randomly selects Kong, a spirited, good-natured street pickpocket with a kind heart and a rough exterior. Initially, Joe intends to use Kong and eventually dispose of him to maintain his strict anonymity. However, as the operations commence, unexpected complications arise. Joe meets Fon, a sweet, deaf local pharmacist who works near his hotel. Despite his initial hesitation and guarded nature, Joe finds himself genuinely drawn to her warmth and innocence, slowly letting down his carefully constructed emotional barriers.Concurrently, Joe begins to mentor Kong, teaching him the importance of discipline, martial arts, and self-respect, transforming their purely transactional relationship into a surrogate father-son bond. This newfound emotional vulnerability directly threatens Joe's professional detachment. Meanwhile, Surat, growing increasingly paranoid and eager to tie up loose ends, betrays Joe. Surat kidnaps Kong in a desperate bid to lure the assassin into a lethal trap and eliminate the loose ends permanently.Realizing the danger, Joe’s protective instincts override his professional instincts. Abandoning his own safety protocols, Joe launches a furious, one-man rescue mission against Surat’s heavily armed compound. In a violent and explosive climax, Joe infiltrates the hideout, engaging in a bloody shootout with Surat’s mercenaries. He successfully rescues Kong, but not before sustaining fatal wounds. As the police close in on the chaotic scene, Joe accepts his inevitable fate. Rather than allowing himself to be captured, he uses his final moments to ensure Kong and Fon can escape safely into a better future, bleeding out alone in the rain-soaked streets of Bangkok, finally breaking all his rules for love and redemption.
