Miloš, a legendary retired adult film actor living a quiet, domestic life in Belgrade with his wife Marija and young son Petar, struggles with severe financial distress. Vukmir promises a financial sum that will secure his family’s future forever, insisting only that Miloš star in his final masterpiece without knowing the script beforehand.Upon arriving at Vukmir’s secluded, labyrinthine estate, Miloš is thrust into an increasingly surreal and coercive environment. He is introduced to his co-star, Mila, and learns that the project is not a conventional adult film, but a snuff production intended to capture absolute despair, violence, and non-consensual acts under the guise of high art. When Miloš attempts to back out, he discovers he has been heavily drugged, systematically monitored, and trapped. Vukmir and his henchmen exert complete psychological and physical control over him, forcing him to commit atrocities through manipulated hallucinations, chemical dependency, and direct threats to the safety of his wife and son.As the production descends further into depravity, Miloš loses his grip on reality.
